I’m Jinnelie, and I moved to Palm Coast 13 years ago from Belize. My early years were spent running barefoot, loving the outdoors, and enjoying the rivers and mountains. I have fond memories of my brother sometimes taking me to school on his horse.
My life changed when my father passed away, but his best friend made him a promise—to take care of the three youngest of his nine children—and he kept that promise. He adopted me and my two younger siblings, and after a three-year journey to finalize everything, we made our way to Palm Coast, Florida.
I’m a proud graduate of Flagler Palm Coast High School and later attended Daytona State College, originally planning to become a paralegal. I quickly realized that path wasn’t the right fit for me. During that time, I worked full-time in restaurants as a server. I was shy back then, but serving tables taught me how to turn strangers into friends and completely changed my perspective on building relationships.
However, a series of health challenges forced me to step away from the restaurant industry. It was a difficult season that put life on pause, but it also gave me the clarity to pursue a career I truly love.
Real estate was already part of my family’s background—my parents were involved on the commercial side—so I decided to pursue residential real estate, and I’ve never looked back. I invested everything I had into my new career, and while the first few months tested my patience, my family’s support and my own determination kept me moving forward.
I speak both Spanish and English, and I’ve built my business through hard work and referrals. I understand that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, so trust that I will always work in your best interest and remain available when you need me.
Life happens, and if you ever need a quick call or reassurance during the process, I’ll be there to make sure everything is on track. I’m loyal, committed, and focused on helping you achieve the best possible outcome.
Many of my clients have become lasting relationships, and even after closing, I remain available to help however I can. In my free time, I volunteer feeding animals at the Flagler County Agricultural Museum, and most evenings I’m out running with my two dogs.
I’m available whenever you need me, but if I’m out on the trail with the dogs, just give me a few minutes to get back to you. I still dream of one day having horses of my own and owning 10+ acres of land. I know what it means to chase a dream, and I’m here to help you reach yours.
Let’s work together to get you to your goal—I’ll be there every step of the way.
I’m Richard “Dick” Hoover. If you Google my name, you may find the famous bowler or baseball player—but I am neither.
I was raised in a small town along the Columbia River, where my graduating class had just 12 students. Life revolved around the seasons: skiing in the winter, baseball in the spring, swimming in the river during summer, and football in the fall. Most of our time, however, was spent working on wheat ranches, where I started weeding fields at age 10. Farming is labor-intensive and time-consuming work, often requiring 10–15 hour days. Being outdoors suited me perfectly—except during snowstorms.
In college, I played varsity rugby and graduated with a degree in accounting. During summers, I continued working on farms and in construction. I spent six years as an accountant, but quickly realized I didn’t enjoy being alone in an office all day. At age 30—or what I called my “midlife adjustment”—I left my job and spent several months skiing and backpacking through Europe.
During that time, I met my wife in Ireland, and we’ve now been married for 40 years. We lived on a farm, raising sheep, pigs, and occasionally a steer. Our children also raised animals and were active in 4-H.
My father served as a Marine during World War II, and my son served as a Navy pilot. I volunteered with the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, helping service members and their families understand finances, budgeting, loans, and grants. I also became a life member of National Rifle Association back when it was primarily centered around hunting and shooting sports. Over the years, I’ve served on city and school budget committees and volunteered through church and local government.
Whether you are selling your home or buying a new one, I bring the experience needed to help you make the right decisions for your goals. I believe in taking the time necessary to find the best path forward, no matter how long it takes. I answer my phone, stay on top of every deadline, and work hard to ensure each transaction moves smoothly. I’m available 24/7—although calls between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. should probably be important.
When we work together on your sale or purchase, I bring all of this experience with me. My goal is simple: to help ensure you never regret one of the biggest decisions of your life. And when the transaction is complete, our relationship doesn’t end there—I’ll continue to follow up for as long as you’ll allow, making sure everything remains right in your world.
Whether you need quick guidance or added reassurance along the way, we're here to keep every detail on track and your goals front and center.
